Join Zerops as VP Marketing & Growth.

Zerops is a set of computing primitives built for the AI era, written from scratch and run on our own hardware. They cover an application's whole lifecycle, from the first line of code to production, so a coding agent working on Zerops can show that its change works, not just say what it changed. Three products sit on top:

• Platform, where engineering teams develop their applications and run them in highly available production.
• Mate, an AI engineer you hire: an extra pair of hands for a team, or the team itself for someone who has none.
• Box, a real Linux machine per user, task or session, for products that run AI agents or code they can't trust.

We're hiring the person who runs marketing and growth for all three, developer relations included.

Remote in Europe, reporting to Aleš, our CEO.

What you'll own

Everything that brings developers to Zerops and turns them into customers, across all three products:

• Positioning and messaging for each product.
• Brand, the website and every landing page.
• Launches, big and small, all year round.
• Demand, across content, video, events, community and paid.
• The funnel and its numbers, for each product.
• A say in pricing and packaging.
• Hiring the marketing team as it grows.

Who you are

• 8 to 12 years in marketing, including leading it at a developer tools, infrastructure or AI product on its way from about $1M to $10M ARR.
• You still do the work yourself: you write, ship pages and run campaigns.
• You run marketing AI-first, with a small team whose output AI multiplies.
• You've built product-led growth, and the first sales motion next to it.
• Developers trust you: you can follow a technical demo and explain it in plain words.

A bonus:

• You know the people building AI agents, and they know you.
• You've grown a product in the US.

Not the role for you if:

• you'd hire a team before showing results,
• your plan depends on agencies, or you report impressions and followers as wins,
• the title matters more to you than the work.

The team

Developer relations reports to you: a Head of Developer Relations, a role we're also hiring for, and a team of three covering technical content, community and docs. Brand, design and the website sit with you too.
